To reinforce our dynamic sales team, we are looking for an independent sales agent in different countries. With help from the back-office team, you will receive the opportunity to grow and develop the market.
TO DO’S
- Managing your own client portfolio
- Building and growing strong relationships with clients
- Identifying new opportunities and turning leads and prospects into clients
- Planning regular visits at clients and prospects to show our collection and discuss projects
- Negotiating price offers with your client
- Taking ownership of your projects and working closely with the back-office team to keep an overview of orders from sampling to production, delivery and invoicing.
- Becoming an expert in the development of fashion trims and headwear
- Participante at international fairs (Première Vision Paris)
- Following fashion trends in your market.

You have exquisite communication skills and you are fluent in English and language of the respective market.

To better support our sales and logistics operations, we want to strengthen our ambitious team with a passionate Inside Sales employee. You are responsible for a wide variety of tasks from supporting sales to general office administration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inputting data in our ERP system.
- Manage all activities related to sales orders.
- Work closely with the Salespeople to ensure all requests are clear and explained well to the factory / colleagues in of production.
- Communicate effectively to your colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Following up stock levels in our online warehouse.
- Handling orders from first quotation up to final delivery and invoicing.
- Ensure efficient and quick response to the salespeople or customers.
PROFILE
You have a passion for efficiency, time management and communication and are looking for a challenge in an international environment. You can easily handle a multitude of tasks without losing control. You can easily master English and preferably Chinese and can handle a multitude of tools. You are knowledgeable in supply chain management and an efficient communicator.

- Preferably minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages (Dutch, French, German, Chinese…) is a strong asset.

Belgium, Edegem, near Antwerp.
